Expert group communication, pharmacy training and exclusive field sales service

In order to ensure close communication between Omega and the target pharmacies right from the start, we firstly established the necessary contact frequency using telephone-based pharmacy support via our eReps and regularly posted messages. At the same time, a nationwide field sales service, including a management team, was meticulously assembled, which was used as a dedicated team exclusively for Omega.

We have been responsible for the accompanying PR work for expert group communication in the DACH region for a number of years. This covers urology, cardiology and pain indications – in conjunction with well-known products such as GRANU FINK Prosta forte, Uroinfekt, Arterin and Nervixen. On the basis of expert interviews, we create relevant content and produce specialist texts for press materials or special productions. We were also tasked with creating an expert group website.
